Appointments:
• Patients are seen by appointment only.
We try our best to work in new patients & urgent patients A.S.A.P.

• When the office is closed an answering service relays messages to on-call physicians. Medical questions should be directed to the office during regular business hours. Calls are generally returned in the afternoons. If it is an emergency and cannot wait call 911 or travel to the nearest emergency room.

Prescriptions:
• Please have your Pharmacy send fax requests or make telephone calls from 8:30-3 p.m. Allow us twenty-four hours for routine refills. No routine prescriptions will be filled during the evenings or on weekends.

First visit or consultations:
• Begin a thorough review of medical history by Dr. Dar or her Physician's
Assistant Susan Trigg P.A.-C.

• Visit the patients routine colonoscopy. Patients with less complicated issues may be seen by the practicing assistant who works under direct supervision of Dr. Seema Dar.

• Diagnostic & therapeutic tests may be ordered on your office visit or consultation. Refer to our tests and links for further information

Insurance:
Dr. Dar is participating in most local and national health plans. It is not required to have a referralfrom your primary care physician. Plans accepted include, but are not limited to the following. If you are not on this list call our office to confirm our participation
